So if you haven't already done so, post your thoughts on a design blog somewhere, then proceed to comment on another persons post as per last week.
Using these notes, comments and images start laying out some of your double page spread - experiment with grid layouts, different forms of visual hierarchy, visual salience, fonts etc
Your next step is to design a cover based on your typographic journeys - you may also wish to incorporate some text and images into an internal spread also. Play around with continuity, visual systems and creating interest which might be followed through in the internal spread.
Post pdfs or jpegs of your design experiments to the blog during the week, make comments on the layouts of your peers. Try to aim for 3 different compositions
